Since this is the "About" page, here are a few things you should know about me...

I have been a real estate investor for 20 years and a Realtor® as well, providing buyers and sellers with premier waterfront homes, cottages, vacant-land and commercial properties primarily in Leelanau County.  

I tend to go against the mainstream where grabbing as many listings as possible is the goal—I prefer to represent only a select number of client’s each year—offering you, the client, an immeasurable amount of attention and knowledge to help you achieve your real estate goal most efficiently.

I personally back up every deal with decades of real estate experience in sales, investment, development & management to serve my client's (Buyer, or Seller) better. When you work with me, you actually get me. So, whether you will be starting your Leelanau legacy or selling real estate in this most spectacular area, I know how to place myself in your shoes and make things happen to your advantage—consider me your personal rainmaker!
